Various changes and bug fixes:

- Fixed an issue where you could sometimes see an error when deleting a scenario or an adventure
- Initial version of custom cover content for scenarios and adventures (please see our latest announcement) - currently available to test through web, iOS and Android apps are waiting to be approved in their respective app stores.
- Fixed navigation bar on home page not being accessible to screen readers
- Creating scenarios now requires login to prevent users from losing their created scenarios
- Fixed an issue where the background for the app on some devices would be light instead of dark
- Tablets should now be able to use the app in landscape mode
- Improved UI adventure image color inheritance on the game screen
