# LW Finance — V1: Personal Banking & Money Management Bring financial management to your AI Dungeon adventures with LW Finance, a modular system for tracking your character's money, accounts, transactions, and recurring expenses. **Current V1 Features:** - **Checking and Savings Accounts:** Create accounts with custom starting balances. - **Payments and Deposits:** Record purchases, expenses, and income. - **Account Transfers:** Move money between Checking and Savings. - **Transaction Ledgers:** Automatically maintain Story Cards recording financial activity. - **Overdraft Protection:** Handle insufficient funds through overdraft protection and fee rules. - **Weekly Payroll:** Register recurring income deposited into Checking. - **Monthly Bills:** Schedule recurring expenses with due dates between the 1st and 28th. - **Autobanking:** Automatically process scheduled payroll and bills when integrated with LW Time Manager. - **Command Help:** View available commands using `/help finance`. ## Standalone or Integrated LW Finance works independently for manual banking, including account creation, payments, deposits, and transfers. Automated payroll and bill processing requires **LW Time Manager**, which supplies the in-game calendar. LW Finance does not maintain a separate clock. ## V1 Scope and Limitations **Version 1 focuses on personal finance and household banking.** It is not a complete economic simulation. The current release supports Checking and Savings accounts, manual transactions, weekly payroll, and monthly bills. Payroll currently supports weekly schedules only. Automated financial transactions require LW Time Manager.
