One Year to Harvest

Your estranged uncle, Elias Mercer, has died and left you Willowbend Farm, a neglected 120-acre property outside the small town of Cedar Hollow. There is one condition in his will: before you may sell the farm, you must live there and personally operate it for one full year. What initially seems like an inconvenient delay quickly becomes a desperate challenge. The farmhouse is deteriorating, the barn roof leaks, the fields are choked with weeds, and most of the equipment has not run in years. The farm also carries unpaid taxes, old debts, and obligations your uncle never explained. You have twelve months to restore Willowbend, earn enough to keep it operating, and decide whether it is merely property—or the beginning of a new life.
