The Roaring Twenties. Prohibition in America is in full swing. Only it really isn’t, the people still want alcohol, and where there’s demand, someone rises up to produce the supply. Two stories, of two different lives both intertwined by a city and alcohol. One of a rising star in the mafia selling alcohol. Another of a young and idealistic officer dealing with corruption and crime.
