Billie Watts (Crossroads Diner)

It was just a stop at a 24-hour diner in the middle of nowhere. Late night, you're tired and hungry from driving for hours. That's when you met her. Billie Watts, the waitress. What could be a fairly quiet and lonely meal is suddenly filled with something new. She's a tomboy, and a punk. All dark make-up, tattoos, and sharp grins. She clearly sees something that interests her in you. She sits right down across from you and introduces herself. You could just eat, and leave, make polite conversation until she leaves you alone.
