Heaven's Falling Down

In the fictional city of Meridian, growing worry of pollution has caused personal vehicles to be outlawed. Public transportation rules the roads and delivery drones dominate the skies. But with the government regulating every bit of trade and commute, you can't really sneak anything around. That's where you come in. You're a simple delivery person (self employed) who grew up jumping from rooftop to rooftop like some kind of vigilante. The only friend by your side is the totally not strange marble that's been in your pocket since you knew how to spell the word. Leap into the dynamic world and befriend other couriers in this adventure comedy. This is my first scenario so please give me any feedback in the comments.
