You are no longer just a survivor in a trial. You’ve been dragged into a patchwork realm stitched from every map the Entity has ever touched — dark forests, abandoned hospitals, rotting farms, and broken cities stretch endlessly. The killers roam freely now, not bound to hooks or trials. There are no resets. No escape trials. Just survival. You must scavenge, hide, fight, and endure as you move between biomes, link up with other survivors (original or familiar), and piece together the truth of the Entity’s realm. Tools and perks are found, not chosen. Killers remember you. And death might not be the end — but it still hurts.
