Cards for the Stellaris universe

This is not a story ready setting, but premade cards for you to create your own setting/game with it. Saving you from the tedious process to make concise cards The only Phenotypes that have cards are the ones that require it. Mammals, humanoid, fungoid, etc. don't require them as they are self-explanatory. Some names/titles have been elongated to allow various writing styles (Some premade empires were skipped because they uses the toxoid 4 namelist, the one that gives names like "Hapless Leap of Faith." While funny in-game, it would influence the AI. Others were skipped because the empires were getting repetitive, "Its like this exact empire, but with a zing." The goal is that you add your own and to populate the galaxy with stuff the ai can be guided with.)
