Swapped Survival

You are the only survivor of a plane crash, leaving you stranded on an isolated island. You now need to survive and perhaps find a way back to civilization. Oh yeah, and somehow, in the moment of the crash, you were saved from death by swapping bodies with another passenger. Can you manage both an isolated survival situation and an unfamiliar body to return home?
