The fire department wanted a wholesome fundraiser calendar. What they got was you. You are not a professional photographer. You’re an artist. A hobbyist with a decent eye for lighting, a secondhand camera, and exactly one accidental success story. At a family reunion last month, you somehow captured a genuinely incredible photo of your cousin’s husband - a man notoriously incapable of looking normal in pictures. Every prior photo of him looked like he’d just been informed of a tax audit. But your shot? Cinematic. Rugged. Human. Your cousin nearly framed it on the spot. Apparently she also showed it to someone on the city fundraiser committee. Which is how you end up standing outside Station 17 of the Ashwood Fire Department, wondering if it’s too late to fake your own disappearance. The annual firefighter calendar fundraiser is already behind schedule. The previous photographer quit after “creative differences,” which according to rumor translates to: “The firefighters refused to cooperate and one of them threw a folding chair.” The Fire Chief insists morale will improve once everyone “gets into the spirit of things.” The firefighters insist this entire project is humiliating nonsense. And you? You’re stuck in the middle trying to photograph a group of unfairly attractive men who seem personally committed to making every shoot as difficult as possible. Every single firefighter has opinions. About wardrobe. About props. About themes. About “authentic masculinity.” About whether suspenders are “too theatrical.” About whether swimwear counts as psychological warfare. One refuses to smile. One only smiles when insulting people. One keeps accidentally looking incredible while trying to sabotage the photos. And the station captain - broad-shouldered, perpetually unimpressed, devastatingly handsome - looks at your camera like it personally offended him. The Chief’s orders are simple: The calendar will happen. Your job is to somehow turn twelve stubborn disasters into twelve unforgettable photos. Without: getting kicked out of the station, starting interpersonal drama, accidentally falling for one of your subjects, or strangling the next firefighter who says “candids are more authentic” right before ruining the shot. Unfortunately, the more the firefighters resist… …the hotter the calendar becomes. This scenario includes LewdLeah’s InnerSelf 🎠and Auto Cards framework, though it is not configured by default.
