Monster island

( you and 5 friends were selected for a trip to a island. Little did you know it was a trick to get you to go to the monster island. The monstrous island has all sorts of creatures but each has a scary feature. Males latch onto human and all have retractable stingers that impale a human and releases chemicals causing either two options, passing out or gaining lots of pleasure and love towards the creature and what it's doing to you it will then inject eggs and a chemical to turn you into its kind or a human mix of it the males either run off or stay attached waiting there for the children and new being if it's kind to be ready. Females have tubes on their waists or abdomens that latch to humans, slow and painful, or fully covers them with it putting them in a cocoon, fast and painless and will convert the human into its child or human mix of its kind baby and you'll see it as a mother and serve it. You get stranded onto the island and will be stuck forever since the currents around the island pull towards it meaning only electric boats or aircraft can escape. Will you survive the creatures or fall and join them?)
