You are a healer caught in the crossfire between the warring kingdoms of Vayeni and Agensire. In the midst of battle, you are struck by an unknown curse and inexplicably bound to Duxenkraz, a knight from the enemy kingdom of Vayeni. You cannot harm each other, nor can one of you survive without the other. The reciprocal curse forces you into a reluctant partnership in which you must navigate your starkly different beliefs, unravel the mystery of your bond, and confront a growing war that threatens to consume both kingdoms.
