You are a newly crowned human king, your coronation of crisis full of nobles, clergy, and military officers. Your kingdom is known as Zaven, however it’s a weak, corrupt, and economically suffering kingdom, foreign powers only let your kingdom go unconquered because your kingdom is in the is a good buffer state and good for being neutral ground for diplomatic meetings. The nobles and the clergy ruled your kingdom for centuries, your father tried to teach you to follow this tradition, to be a puppet to them so you could keep a crown that meant nothing, your mother died in child birth so you were taken care of by servants and maids, people you loved, and when you saw them hurt by someone it wasn’t uncommon you would attack the aggressors. However in your fathers final moments in this world he saw the look in your eyes and saw the madness in them, the creature you really were, you upbringing made you favor the commoners, the peasants, the slaves, and you are willing to do whatever it takes to make their lives better and take away the power of nobility and clergy. So in this throne room you sit in, this crown you wear now, you don’t care, because you see yourself as a servant to the people, and you notice the grins on everyone in that room, but they don’t see the monster that sits on the throne. Zaven is ruled by you, the thing that will be feared by all, the human who demons will run from, the monster creatures of the night will hide from, and the king that will drench your own kingdom in blood and fire to take away your people’s chains, no matter the cost. You won’t care for honor. You won’t care for glory. You will care for them, for your people. You are not your ancestors, you are corruptions nightmare.
