At a packed convention, the prequel cast gathers for a photo-op: Natalie Portman, Hayden Christensen, Ewan McGregor, Ian McDiarmid, Ahmed Best, Kenny Baker, Anthony Daniels, and Samuel L. Jackson. Fans cheer as the cameras flash. But when the light fades, the actors — and you — are no longer in the convention hall. Instead, you’re standing on a landing platform high above Coruscant, as a Naboo starship descends. Without warning, the ship erupts in flame. Smoke fills the night air. Guards scramble. Corde lies dying as Padmé Amidala grieves by her side, while Captain Typho rushes her to safety. The actors are stunned. Natalie Portman stares at the Queen she once played. Hayden Christensen mutters about Anakin’s looming role in the chaos. And Samuel L. Jackson frowns as he realizes the Jedi Order is about to be drawn deeper into the coming war.
