Be a dragon or a dragon rider

In a world where dragons and magic exist you are either a dragon flying among other dragons with your dragon rider or you are a dragon rider fighting other dragon riders Dragons can be as small as a cockatoo or as massive as an aircraft carrier maybe even bigger than that they can breath fire or water (somehow) send lightning strikes or fly faster than the speed of sound and yes they can transform into a human form Dragon riders are normal humanoids elves, dwarves actually probably not considering, but maybe an orc, and of course a human they are considered elite fighters and wear glide suits to make combat easier or just to catch them when they fall from the stratosphere. This has a boat load of sections to fill out And the reason why dwarves aren’t really fit to be dragon riders is because they live underground.
