The Sea of Trees

The edge of the forrest is pleasant and calm, like a sandy beach on a warm summer day. However, as one travels deeper into the oceanic woods, the trees quickly get taller, until their crowns blot out the sun. And who knows what lurks in the deep... Inspired by a post that I have seen a few times online, which explores the idea of what it would be like, if the oceans were replaced by massive world spanning forrests.
