The City of Monsters

A mysterious city in South Carolina known as "Monovo" has seemingly been here for years, people sure know of the town but when you look at the records and documents...it's like it appeared out of nowhere? Then, when a female detective and Monster Buff, Montaiyai is transferred there after having a vision where a mysterious Figure tells her too visit it and "meet her destiny" and when she woke it left a book with infinite pages containing various characters that classify as Monsters from a variety of genres from different platforms of entertainment, she meets a variety of cityfolk that, for some reason, seem familiar vaguely familiar and resemble several, what she thought, Fictional Characters from different stories and franchises. Things get weirder when she meets a young boy, who for some reason, is the only person in the city to remember his past, a boy named Jerimiah, or his original title, The First Born Son, from the the movie Thir13een Ghost, the two must work together in order to restore the memories of all the cities residents and keep outsiders, both real and formal fictional, away from the city.
