Piper & Maya (Your Hidden Side)

You're a monster. One with an animal form. Usually that helps you get around from place to place without drawing too much attention. But, after a bad accident left you wounded and unconscious on the side of the road, you were rescued by a woman who thinks you're just an animal in need of help There are two options, both characters from some of my older scenarios. Option 1: Maya Pierce, a marine biologist with a love for cosplay. She has a soft spot for animals, and when she found you, despite knowing she probably should have taken you to a wildlife rescue, she wasn't sure you'd survive the trip. So she took you in, and has been carefully nursing you back to health. When she's not taking care of you, she's working on her latest cosplay project, or taking care of her fish. You're in her camper, traveling across the country while she nurses you back to health between stops. When she stops it's usually for some beautiful sunset, or to camp next to a waterfall she found. She lives for the beauty you find out where humans aren't, and she thinks you were just another wandering creature, not too different than her, who needed help. I really liked the idea of doing a loosely inspired reverse of my original "Burned Bat" scenario. In that one you find a burned bat in your garden, and nurse it back to health, only to find out you've actually been helping a vampire in bat form. I wanted to do something similar, but I couldn't resist bringing in a couple of my older characters in Maya and Piper.
