Bloody Rivers

In a Victorian/Edwardian era world, filled with fantasy creatures and races, vampires threaten the very lives of the commonfolk. These vampires are immortal in every sense of the word, none of the usual ways to kill them work and the only solution seems to be to put them to sleep and seal them away. That, however, doesn't have proper procedure, and vampire hunters are still trying to find a way to make it happen. Until then... vampires reign supreme.
