EXPIE: FRONTIER OPERATIVE 💭🍃🌎
A grounded frontier survival scenario told through the subjective perspective of an autonomous Expie rather than a direct player avatar. You do not directly control the protagonist. Your actions are interpreted as suggestions, impulses, and guidance perceived by the Expie — a genetically engineered frontier worker with instincts, fears, habits, emotions, physical limitations, and incomplete understanding of the world around her. She may hesitate, panic, misunderstand situations, improvise, react instinctively, or make incorrect assumptions depending on stress, exhaustion, fear, and experience. The world itself is dangerous but inhabited: scattered settlements, trade routes, ruined infrastructure, wilderness regions, industrial outposts, scavenger camps, predators, storms, and old forgotten places exist side-by-side with ordinary daily life. Most people survive through caution, practical skills, cooperation, scavenging, and adaptation rather than heroics. The scenario emphasizes: * subjective sensory narration * grounded physical realism * emotional and instinctive behavior * injuries and exhaustion * practical survival and travel * environmental immersion * awkward social interaction * uncertainty and imperfect knowledge * emergent storytelling Inspired by the detached experiential style of games like Casualties: Unknown while adapting it into a slower, more inhabited overworld frontier setting. This uses scripts. Uses realmheart and living characters. V0 initial release and play testing
