Originally just planned to do a single Tank Police recruit start, but because I know the Puma Sisters are a big draw and because I keep getting requests to play as the 'bad guys' in some of my other scenarios where it wouldn't work so well, I added an option to join Buaku's gang and wreak mayhem instead! - CONTEXT WARNING: Tank Police start requires somewhat higher available context as it introduces more characters right from the start.
