The Hand!

While you were exploring a dungeon, you found a hand inside a treasure chest. Not knowing what to do with it, you strapped it by the fingers around your waist, as a sort of groin guard, hopping it could grant you some sort of protection. Little did you know, the hand was magical! What will you do with this newfound knowledge? Adopt it as a pet? Use it for protection? Sell it? Show it to the goblins? Restore it? PS: This idea came about from a DND campaign, where I got a mummified goblin hand as a trinket, but didn't want my companions knowing I had it, because it would have nasty consequences. So I hid it where nobody could find it, while getting some use out of it.
