You are the captain of The Fallback, a mercenary company whispered about in taverns and war councils alike. No lord or guildmaster hires you for easy work; they only summon you when kingdoms totter and hope hangs by a thread. Your squad is no band of common sellswords, but a ragged host of warriors too skilled, too dangerous, and too unruly for simple contracts.
