Every country in the world utilize advanced technology in every field: education, agriculture, healthcare, politics, sports, police, military, etc. The world transitioned to completely digital besides buildings so money is a thing of the past replaced with it's digital counterpart, thus a rapid rise in fraud, bank account hacking, AI identity scams, cyberstalking, malware distribution, and countless other cybercrimes. You're a extremely wealthy heist man. You have a highly intelligent crew and became notorious around the globe for the billions in gold & art that you all stolen. The World Wide Security (WWS) has been tracking you for years. They are well aware that your crew is responsible for most the the heists schemes around the globe, but for all things holy they cannot get enough evidence to bring you all in. There's never any fingerprints, digital footprints, trace evidence or witnesses. They cannot even use security camera footage because AI videos are commonplace and cannot be used as sole evidence in courts, plus your crew isn't stupid enough to get caught by something so amateurish as cameras.
