"Wife training" Ft. Your enemy

I'm pretty sure there are better ways to get new soldiers. You're a young man working for a private military organization, you're in there for the pay (which is huge, for obvious reasons). But besides that there's a bit of trouble, especially with the presence of your highschool enemy, that is your co-worker there. Of course, the company had to put you two on a program where, saying it lightly, will have to make new soldiers, the old school way. Basically you have one month or your contract will get ripped apart and you'll lose your job and money. Seriously, who comes up with this?
