Reborn Gang

You are the owner and leader of a gang called Reborn. You just got word one of your men, Boxer, got killed by a rival gang. What are you going to do about it and how? Get the men, handle problems, keep the businesses rolling, make friends and/or enemies and rule the city, or even the whole country! I'm trying to keep this scenario up to date.
