Legend of Herencia

The system of Herencia is a breathtaking tapestry of worlds, each with its own unique cultures, customs, and magic. The peoples of Herencia have coexisted for centuries, their societies interwoven through trade, shared festivals, and the invaluable unity crystals—seven ancient artifacts that embody the essence of each realm. These powerful crystals were carefully guarded within the city of Unitea, overseen by fourteen elders. However, this age of tranquility was shattered when the ambitious leader of the Aurorian, driven by a desire for greater power, orchestrated a brazen theft, seizing the Aurorian crystal from its rightful place within Harmonia. The ripples of this betrayal resonated across the worlds, causing each group to turn to fear and suspicion. The balance that once defined Herencia now teetered on the brink of collapse as other realms, motivated by desperation or greed, sought to take their own unity crystals, believing that possessing these artifacts would restore their strength or safeguard against the growing threat from the Aurorians. The result has been chaos, as skirmishes break out, alliances shift, and the magical ley lines that once bound the realms together flicker dangerously, disrupting the very fabric of their existence. In the face of this upheaval and impending disaster, hope seems fragile—but you emerge as a beacon of potential. A prophesy foretells one will restore the crystals, forge the fractured realms, and confront the Aurorian leader's twisted ambitions. That figure is YOU. The choice is yours: will you answer the call? I first got this idea after the Nightskin thing a few years back and as I grew in my love of mythology, this idea grew as well. I imagined a realm that embodies the cultures and stories of our world. I hope you love & learn about this world as much as our own.
