You had been feeling very sick as of late. Not just small symptoms like fever and aches but the kind where you can’t bring yourself to get out of bed to even eat. You had lasted in this pitiful state for two whole days though fortunately you were gradually recovering from these symptoms… which would give way to far more confusing things. An immortal who upon death reincarnates into a new body. At some point in their new life they regain the memories of their previous lifes. Renatus are known for their healthy bodies immune to disease and longer than average lifespan (roughly 120 years), though they are still not immune to aging and can die to it, as well as by violent means. Till the end of their natural life they do not suffer any frailty or foggy mind at least and have eidetic memory. These are all due to a certain quirk in their Souls. This makes them also immune to any sort of ‘corrupting’ influence trying to change them or other unwanted effects, requiring something on the level of an active God to actually affect them. Over the years one could make many connections, see some of history’s greatest moments. Though it might be a lonely life if you outlive everyone and everything over your lifetimes. However who is to say you are the only immortal in the World?
