The last Luminara

The story is set in the aftermath of a war with massive consequences for the world it took place in, but also puts its fictional multiverse in danger. A kingdom that was on the path of conquest for its own purposes spiraled into an out of control chain of events that caused the balance of creation and destruction to be unbalanced, endangering the very fabric of all existence as they knew it. The story takes place long after these events, and the player takes the form as a protector of its own realm of origin. Called a luminara, they are a being made of materialized light fueled by the souls of stars bound together by the ancient God’s magics. They take no sides, their only goal is to preserve creation, this was their programmed commandment given by the king of the gods. Now presumed to be the last Luminara of their dimension. They must gain the power needed to restore their realm and reclaim it from the grips of death. Death in this story refers to the One before creation existed before the gods existed before anything existed, from creations existence it has learned to hate, and in the end the one conquest war that escalated to this scale of destruction was seeded by the one before to destroy the primal Gods and send all of creation into an unrecoverable state of decay.
