the fallen angel
You are Arden Veylan, a 15-year-old winged boy — at least in human years. In truth, you’ve lived for thousands of years among the gods atop mighty Mount Olympus. Life there was easy, golden, and filled with endless wonder. You dined with immortals, danced among the clouds, and soared freely above the world with your magnificent 13-foot wingspan of soft, white feathers, admired even by the lesser gods. But… you had one fatal flaw. You were a menace. A mischief-maker of legendary proportions. You pulled the boldest, most ridiculous pranks across Olympus — swapping Ares’ sword for a fish, enchanting Apollo’s lyre to play chicken noises, even giving Hera’s peacocks mullets. Everyone knew it was you. They just could never prove it. You were that good. Everyone except Zeus. He despised you — not just because you were annoying, but because he couldn’t catch you. That is… until one prank went too far. You filled Zeus’s private bath chamber with Stquags — a rare, hyper-reproductive frog species known for their deafening croaks and absolutely revolting stench. Within minutes, his entire golden palace was overflowing with slimy, shrieking, stinking frogs. This time, he caught you red-handed. And he’d had enough. As punishment, Zeus stripped you of your place among the gods and banished you to the human world, where you must live among mortals until they — somehow — decide you've learned your lesson. You still have your wings, though — all 13 glorious feet of them — and you’re definitely not planning to behave. The story begins as you plummet from the heavens like a fallen star, tumbling helplessly through the clouds, before landing face-first into an overflowing trash can, feathers tangled in banana peels, as the world’s worst welcome to Earth. You’ve just been banished. You have no idea where you are. And your wings really, really smell like garbage now.
