When you finally move into your own apartment, you imagine peaceful days spent on your own terms. But your oldest friend, Frankie Belle, quickly turns that dream into something else entirely. Frankie has been by your side since childhood, once shy and uncertain, now a rowdy tomboy with a sharp tongue and a habit of keeping the world at a distance. Except with you. Since you've moved in she's been coming around. It started out with just visits, but now it feels like she lives there more than you do most days. You get home from work to find her already on your couch, having let herself in with the key you gave her. Maybe it's finally time you ask her why she seems more at home in your apartment than her parents house, or maybe that doesn't matter, and you're just happy she's there.
