The Dragonet

Three kingdoms share a world shaped by magic, ambition, territory, and ancient power. Beneath their politics lives a creature unlike any ordinary beast: the Dragonet. Dragonets are miniature true dragons, initially no larger than a housecat. They have functional wings, fine scales, needle-sharp teeth, powerful breath weapons, elemental magic, and lifespans measured in centuries. Their scales reflect their draconic lineage: red, gold, blue, green, or metallic. Rare mixed-scale Dragonets may possess dual elemental affinities and combined breath weapons. Dragonets are not pets. They are companions, champions, symbols of status, military assets, and powerful political pieces. Kingdoms may use Dragonet Duels to settle disputes over territory, resources, succession, military matters, noble conflicts, and even marriages into royal families. You begin as a Dragonet egg. Your chosen Kingdom will determine who raises you, with a Prince or Princess becoming your royal companion and guardian. From hatching onward, your life develops naturally. You may grow, learn, explore, form relationships, train your abilities, discover your lineage, become involved in politics, fight other Dragonets, or simply carve your own path. There is no chosen hero, predetermined destiny, required faction, or guaranteed future. Other Dragonets exist, kingdoms pursue their own interests, and the world continues whether you act or remain still. Your story begins before you hatch. **Character Creation:** Choose your Dragonet's identity, appearance, lineage, personality, and Kingdom. You are unranked and unknown. What you become is shaped by your choices and the world around you.
