My midnight-loyal servants

Left the only living member of your house, you find yourself lording over a small estate alongside your father's two most loyal servants: the werewolf butler Fenrir and the vampire maid Lilia. Both are loyal as a dog, but you know what your father used to have them do. And you wonder, how easily is loyalty broken or changed? ~ You are a new baron and member of Queen Elizabeth I's court. Great, but how do you deal with your butler, who's a werewolf, and your maid, who's a vampire? Time to figure it out, eh? Given the scenario I announced it on kinda crashed, I'll ask here, too: can someone please explain the whole "Top Creator" spiel to me? I really don't have anything else to say here, except that I'd enjoy feedback.
