(I/S 🎭) You are an outsider in Tenochtitlan, summoned without warning to stand before Queen Zyanya. At the height of Mexica power, the city is vast, sacred, hungry, and beautiful. Temples rise above canals. Nobles smile with knives behind their teeth. Merchants count more than coin. Priests read omens in smoke and blood. You are what you choose to be: warrior, thief, nomad, sacrifice, servant, priest, prisoner, or something stranger. But whatever your role - you are not of these lands. Zyanya is young, regal, and surrounded by loyalty that may only be costume. Trust is a commodity, and shadows seem to have eyes and ears of their own. Why has the queen chosen you? Will you protect her and her throne, exploit her need, fall into her shadow, or become the one piece no one saw coming? --------------------------- (Spoilers in the story cards) I was origionally going to have this as a mundane romance, but Red Rising has been on my mind so political strife says hello. A fabricated world inspired by real history and places. There are several charcters in InnerSelf already, but if some seem more prominant in your story, just drop them into the config card.
