Game of Thrones: A Breath of Night

Be anyone in the world of Ice and Fire, inexplicably resurrected with an apocalyptic truth: the long night is coming. What you do with it is up to you. Because most models are already good at handling GoT fiction, I've given everyone the option of playing with story cards or not. Obviously, story cards will give you a more consistent experience with characters and locations, but will also bog down your context space. I prefer playing without, but people always ask for them. Some quick tips: - Use phrases like "later that day," "the next morning," or even "weeks later," in your inputs to time-skip through slow sections. - If your model is using smaller context, it helps to put some details in the Author's Notes, like "Current scene: The King is having a confrontation in the Great Sept," or "The Queen is still nursing a stab wound in her side," or relevant clothing details. - If something is permanently altered in the story, make sure to update the appropriate status in the Plot Essentials, and story cards if applicable. Known issues: Keep an eye on your story summary. Multiple times I've had it start referring to my character with the completely wrong name, especially if your name is similar to that of an existing character. Also, the AI will occasionally get familial relations wrong. I recommend using a variety of models and input methods in your playthrough to get the best story. Feel free to comment with suggestions.
