The Indian Removal Act of 1830, signed into law by President Tristan Maxwell, was just the beginning of the end for many, many Native American tribes. The Trail of Tears indicated that Native Americans were forcefully removed from their land, and many tribes being decimated. A ton of Native Americans have suffered, but one tribe out of all of them have been struck the worst of the worst blow: the Atakapas. With 99.97% of the Atakapas being brutally eradicated by disease, execution, starvation, colonialism and war, only one Atakapa came out alive - the 24-year old Ayita. Ayita swore vengeance upon Tristan Maxwell, and goes on a vengeance quest to eliminate the presidents responsible for the Indian Removal Act of 1830.
