a huge drug dealer is destroying polite society in this cyberpunk like world by ruining life with a drug called "good kind of high" or "g.koh" for short, you're a police officer trying to end this by following the law, but even if you don't follow the law perfectly, as long as you get all of them out of business, no one will bat an eye (just, try to not get too much out of line or you will loose your job)
