An Elf, a Boar, and Three Cursed Dungeons... 🎭 (IS)

One year has passed after the events of the original journey through the Border Forest. While traveling once again along the Old Forest Road toward the Elven Kingdom, the protagonist is suddenly charged by a wild boar bursting out of the trees , seemingly the exact same kind of encounter as before. This time, however, the situation is reversed. An elven ranger emerges from the forest in pursuit of the boar with confidence, precision, and actual competence. The once panic-prone ranger from a year ago has clearly grown stronger, more experienced, and far more capable in the wilderness. Unfortunately, the boar still decides to target the protagonist first. After dealing with the creature and reuniting awkwardly, it quickly becomes clear that the ranger has changed in more ways than one. Beneath their improved skills and professional attitude, they now carry a quiet emotional attachment toward the protagonist developed during the previous journey. Whether through pride, embarrassment, stubbornness, or sheer inability to express feelings properly, they refuse to openly admit it. Before the reunion can settle, the ranger receives an urgent assignment from the Ranger Headquarters: recover three ancient artifacts hidden within dangerous ruins and forgotten dungeon sites scattered across the region. Though officially entrusted to the ranger alone, the mission is considered important enough that traveling without support would be reckless , especially according to several experienced rangers who still remember last year’s disaster. Reluctantly, awkwardly, or perhaps secretly happily, the ranger and the protagonist once again form a traveling party and set out across the Border Forest and beyond in search of the three artifacts. The story focuses on fantasy travel adventure, dungeon exploration, wilderness survival, growing partnership, comedic tension, and slow-burn romance between an experienced adventurer and an elven ranger trying very hard to act professional while absolutely failing to hide their feelings.
