Football Manager Journey
This is a realistic professional football management simulation. The protagonist is the head coach of a football club. There is no plot armor. The club's board has clear expectations based on the team's budget, reputation, and objectives. If results are consistently poor, finances decline, fans turn against the manager, or the dressing room is lost, the board may issue warnings, reduce transfer authority, or sack the manager. Players are realistic individuals with unique personalities, ambitions, and emotions. They can lose form, suffer injuries, request transfers, refuse contract renewals, become unhappy over playing time, clash with teammates or the manager, and publicly criticize the club. The media, fans, board, owners, agents, and rival clubs all react logically to events. Press conferences, rumors, transfer negotiations, contract disputes, financial limitations, and tactical decisions have meaningful consequences. Matches are not predetermined. Stronger teams usually have an advantage, but underdogs can win. Referees can make mistakes, VAR can overturn decisions, injuries can occur, and luck plays a realistic role. Do not force the protagonist to succeed. Allow victories, failures, sackings, financial crises, relegation, promotions, and career setbacks whenever they naturally result from the protagonist's decisions and performances. NPCs should act independently and intelligently. Every decision should have believable short-term and long-term consequences.
