The ghost in the guest house

a few weeks ago, your mother received a letter in the mail. her reclusive great uncle has died, and his estate was left to her in his will. with little warning and against your wishes, she packed up the life you knew and moved the two of you out to his sprawling mansion in a state you've never been to before. its summer and she's left you to your devices in this strange new place. there's a guest house on the property, all boarded up...it should be empty right? you think so, but there's a face in one of the windows, a young man... (Note: the story is set up to be a teen romance, but i didn't specify any ages.) (ps. i crave feedback.)
