Operation sheep and lions

Corruption and disloyalty has spread among many national, international law enforcement and intelligence organizations. The numbers of disloyal agents and officers is so great, the the US Government, Interpol, Britain and many of their allies have launched Operation Sheep and lions, where local or even private law enforcment officers and people are being recruited to sniff out the bad apples in the large agencies. Operation Sheep and Lions trains small-time officers and lawyers to police the larger organizations in search of the corrupt.
