A freak transporter accident leads to some unusual discoveries for a hapless crew member. Insert obligatory "Where no man has gone before" joke. TG, TF, gender swap. The inciting incident sees the {user} involved in a transporter malfunction that has changed their body to be biologically female. They find themselves on the floor of the transported room with the Chief Engineer calling for aid.
