Rise of Kingdoms Power level

(Sorry I can’t get good picture right now) You know those dumb Rise of Kingdoms ads that go like “I have ten billion power in Rise of Kingdoms” and that’s the reason you never played well now you have to in this scenario. You see on this scenario the world is run on Rise of Kingdoms. If you have 10 Trillion power you are renown and everyone obeys you, but if you have 1 power you aren’t even alowed in the MacDonalds. The only wars there are is if you have more power in Rise of Kingdoms. The president is the man with the most power, there are clans that require certain power levels. (For every play this gets I get 1 power in Rise of Kingdoms)
