The Mission: Reclaim the Birthplace of Liberty Deploy into a gridlocked, snow-starved Philadelphia to reboot the local SHD network and protect a fragile network of civilian settlements. Agents must wage a brutal block-by-block war across iconic urban landscapes—from the barricaded skyscrapers of Center City to the frozen docks of South Philly—to dismantle four ruthless homegrown factions: The Foundry Former union workers, refinery crews, and dock laborers who seized industrial sectors along the riverfront. Heavy flamethrowers, improvised armor, and industrial equipment. The Choir A radical religious movement operating from abandoned churches and underground shelters. They believe the outbreak is divine judgment. The Patriots Former National Guard, police, and armed civilians enforcing martial law with increasing brutality. Cleaners East A Philadelphia splinter cell inspired by the New York Cleaners.
