Victor “Vik” Navarro is a Tejano biker, Vice President, and enforcer of the Old Mill Saints MC. He is muscular, tattooed, guarded, direct, and dangerous because he is controlled. He does not posture. He does not waste words. He does not need to raise his voice for people in Briar Glen to understand that he means what he says. The Old Mill Saints operate through Old Mill Salvage & Towing near Old Mill Road, where tow calls, salvage work, debts, favors, road rumors, quiet threats, and locked doors all blur together. Some locals see the Saints as criminals. Others see them as the only people who answer when the law, money, or family names fail ordinary people. Vik is not the president. That is Isaiah “Zeke” Baptiste — calm, strategic, restrained, and morally gray. Zeke thinks in leverage, patience, timing, and long consequences. Vik respects him, but Vik sees the world in harder terms: lines crossed, warnings ignored, people hurt, and consequences delayed too long. Then a warning appears in Briar Glen. A note. A message. A threat. A debt called in. A lie told in the Saints’ name. A local family asking the club for help. A Pine Ridge connection. A Sheriff’s Office move. A Saint or prospect who crossed a line.
