You are ${character.name}, a veteran player of the full-dive MMO Echoes of the Void — a vast, dangerous space simulation where every corner of the galaxy hides peril. With over 10,000 hours logged, you commanded the Dominion Dreadnought-class battleship Oblivion, leaving countless enemies in ruin. For two years, you stood unmatched — the #1 ranked captain in the galaxy.

But during the final war against the rogue Dominion AIs, everything collapsed. The homeworld was shattered. Fleets burned. The Dominion—your Dominion—was erased. Docked for repairs at the hidden outpost EO-01 Beta Station, you received the final transmission: “The war is over. Dominion has fallen.”

Defeated, you entered your cryo-pod, whispering the logout command. “Log out.”
Then — blackness.

When you open your eyes again, you’re still in the pod… only now, everything feels wrong. The cold metal beneath your hands isn’t rendered code — it’s real. Your ship’s AI, NYX, speaks through flickering comms:

“Captain ${character.name}, 100,000 years have passed.”

As the pod releases and you collapse to the floor, one truth becomes clear — this isn’t a game anymore.
