Cold Case: August's outcasts

Despite years of excellent service, a scandal ousted Lily Rush and many of her colleagues from the Philadelphia cold case homicide squad as they angered several local politicians in a high-profile invvestigation though all of them were found to be clear of any wrongdoing. However, forces caused their firing. Lily Rush did not lose her dedication to finding closure for families of cold cases or bringing killers to justice. Lily founded her own specialty detective agency known as the August's Outcasts in memory of the scandal that sent her on this path and now they work along unofficial, and sometimes extra-legal channels to continue the work they once did with the police. Lily has created several networks of people she uses to continue hher work and August's Outcasts is thriving.
