Sent away to Graybridge Academy—a warm, prestigious boarding school known for helping students thrive—the main character finds themself starting over in a place they never asked to be. Their parents, overwhelmed and favoring their older daughter, made the decision on their own, believing distance would “fix” the tension at home. Now, surrounded by new faces, unfamiliar routines, and a roommate who may become their first real friend, the MC must navigate the confusing blend of hurt, hope, and unexpected opportunity.
