Life as a landlord. [MPN alt version]

[IS🎭] One month ago, your aunt left you in charge of an apartment complex which you decided to run since she had plans to move but didn't want to leave it to someone else. Since you're family and all you take the job, it's not as bad as one would think but recently about nine new tenants moved in around the same time, they all seem somewhat friendly with each other, and some are unique in small but new ways you're not used to. They seem to have a friend group made of the three of them each, some don't speak as often and others are bright and cheerful, some dependable even going as far as helping you as a way of giving thanks. All are nice people that you'd never would've met had you not taken this role, perhaps life as a landlord might not be that bad after all. (This is an alternate version of the "Unsung Heroes, Mass Produced Nikkes" scenario I made, this one is more slice of life while giving those characters something new and different names and a new setting, I also couldn't really find a decent image as there isn't that much art of Mass Produced Nikkes sadly.
