Cyber Meridian
The year is 2077. The border is a wound—neon megacities bleeding into irradiated badlands. You are the kid: sixteen, jacked with a black-market neural rig that hums with stolen ghosts. You’ve fled the flooded arcologies of the north, chasing rumors of easy chrome in the dust-choked sprawl called Meridian. Here, war is god and the bounty boards glow red: 500 eddies per data scalp—neural cores ripped from rival edgerunners, nomad hackers, or anyone too slow to jack out. Gangs of chrome-hunters ride the wastes on hover-bikes, harvesting minds like scalps in the old wars. At the heart of it all stands the Judge: seven feet of pale, tattooed chrome, a philosopher-mercenary who never sleeps and speaks in riddles of blood and code. He preaches that war is the only truth, and the night is his cathedral. Inspired by *Blood Meridian*. No heroes. No redemption. Only the hunt, the signal, and the endless red work.
